The Federal Court house is 2 blocks from the Landmark Building on Stateline and is home to the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Texas and the Western District of Arkansas. The City Halls of Texarkana Arkansas and Texarkana, Texas are only 2 blocks away. Across the street from the Landmark on Stateline Avenue is the Bi-State Justice Building housing the city courts of Texarkana, Arkansas and Texarkana, Texas as well as other courts, including the 6th Judicial District Court of Appeals of Texas, and 3 Bowie County District Courts.

Furnished Or Unfurnished
In general, long-term occupants prefer to furnish their own offices. However, for short-termers, it is very common to ask Landmark to furnish your office space.
This can be as simple or elaborate as you desire. Historically, legal firms who are here for short-term occupancy have often required fully furnished suites. This is not a problem and, in fact is the norm rather than an exception. Additionally, all of the common areas are well furnished and maintained.
